Inventory means that we measure all existing rooms and drawing them into the computer. We use professional lasers and measurements lasts around 1,5 hours.

Original functional plan is an outcome from inventory. It is the most important plan and it starts any designing process.

When original functional plan is ready, we can start designing your flat. We will prepare several numbers of options (once we did 24!) where you will see new layout of your property. Based on our analysing conversation, we know exactly what you need and how to re-plan old to new spaces. We can count estimated cost of renovation for each proposed functional plan.

Now, as we have final version of functional plan, we can go further and start thinking of colors, lamps, textiles and all details. We will find out finishing materials for floors, (wooden floor, tiles?) finishing materials for walls, wallpaper, colors of paints, best fitting furniture, lamps, light switchers and everything what the flat is furnished and equipped with. We will show our conception and ideas on mood-boards in 2D and on renderings / 3d models if you wish to.

We can show our ideas on 3D models. This three-dimensional “reality” will present the conception better than 2D moodboards.

We have set new layout, we know exactly how your flat will look like, where will be the kitchen, new living room, bathroom and how many rooms we will have. Now it’s time to make technical plans for your renovation team. Thanks to those technical drawings, workers will know exactly where to build new walls, where to demolish part of old walls, where to put new electrical cables, etc,.

New wall plan, is one of technical plans which says where renovation team should build news walls.

In this plan we will mark all water connection such as shower, wc, kitchen and bathroom sink, washing machine and any other. Again, thanks to this plan, renovation team will make no mistakes and will prepare water and sewer pipes at desired location.

In electrical plan we will sign all electrical connections, such as plugs, light switchers, lamps and all other necessary connections.

We have chosen floor covering, we know now if we use wooden floor or tiles. We know sizes of those materials, for example that we will have 60 x 60 cm tiles on the floor in the bathroom and the small 7,5 x 15 cm tiles on the wall. At this moment, we offer plan where we will show exact location of those tiles, because where fugue is visible, where and how we lie tiles is extremely important to keep harmony, order and not to loose beauty of the room.

If you want to have suspended ceiling or molding or any other special solution regarding ceiling, then we will design it and prepare technical drawings.

Sometimes there is a must to order custom-made furniture. There is too short wall where do not fit kitchen furniture from any retail shop or there is a small place for built-in cabinet, where would fit just perfectly. In all those cases we need to prepare technical drawings for carpenter.

During whole process we will meet with you and renovation team as many times as necessary to discuss progress of design and works on field.

When the whole renovation is finished, all walls painted, doors installed, we will come to make final works. We will place furniture on final location, decorate with pictures, pillows, curtains and carpets.

In such type of project sometimes we need to use help of carpenter to build for us some unique pieces of furniture.

When conception is done, when material list is written and you or us made shopping already, it is time for final works. We will place furniture on exact location, decorate with pictures, pillows, curtains and carpets.

We will use as many furniture and decoration you have as possible. We will find out how to give them second life, how to renovate, how to refresh them. We will locate them in new place or maybe we will hang paintings on better exposed wall. Of course it can happen that we will need some new furniture, but our aim is to keep budget tight. In case we need to buy new furniture or decoration, we will prepare material list where you will see what to buy, where, for how much and in what quantity.

The creative part is behind us, we know what to do, what kind of furniture to renovate. You can ask us to do that or ask other professionals. We will repaint furniture, fix them, change textiles on armchairs, etc. So shirtsleeve and let’s roll!

“Home staging” is definitely smaller and shorter project of interior design. That is why even for us it is the fastest project, where we even do not make any computer planning. We make some notes, sketches and go shopping! Where all the magic happens.

We will shop all necessary furniture and decoration.

After shopping, we will place furniture on final location, decorate with pictures, pillows, curtains and carpets.

At the end of each project we will make a photo-session with professional photographer.

Firstly, we need to see the interiors, get to know the existing situation and then we will advise what changes to apply to increase value of the property. We can move walls, change layout but it is time taking and definitely will cost more, so if you are in rush to cash property, then better option is to focus or renewing functions we have. Depending on condition of the walls, floors, we can repaint, add new wallpapers, change floors, floor plinths, add moldings. We will propose standard of finishing which will be equivalent to the price you would like to sell your property, it means you will have “luxury”, “middle”, “standard” or “minimum” finishing.
