This package contains 100% of interior design project. From conception, technical drawings, execution plans, up to final stage as personal installing decorations on walls. In this interior design package we will measure the flat, prepare functional plans, design the flat, make electrical plans, water-sewer connection plans, design custom made furniture, design laying the tiles, prepare material list and do all shopping. You will see the project on moodbaords and 3d model renderings. We will manage the renovation of the flat, installing decoration and furniture transportation. Feel free to choose between the options and make your own custom made list of things you need to be done in this package. You can trust us and give us keys to your apartment at the beginning and get keys back once everything is done.

This package is for those who have got flat in a new build house or those who just made general renovation and now want to decorate and furnish the flat which is completely empty and everything is missing. Don’t worry, we will help!

We will design your flat using your existing furniture and decorations just we will give them second life. We will design your flat with creative solutions and use your budget to minimum.

We offer home staging for those who deal with full project documentation, where technical plans are not a dream activity or you just don’t plan to make any general renovation. We come forward to those who want to focus on refreshing the house or to those who just recently bought a flat and want to furnish and rent it out. If you would like to sell your property but it needs some refreshment, we offer consultancy in renovating it. We will help you choose right renovation and finishing materials as tiles, color of paints, sink, taps to increase value of the property and to be able to sell property quickly. As well we offer consultation for furnished flats where we can suggest what do change in the look so the flat will look more beautiful and in the same way will be easier sell-able.

We prepare floor plans which show existing situation of the flat, restaurants, production halls and others. If you need only an original floor plan of your property, we will do inventory for you: measure existing rooms and draw them into the computer so you will get original layout showing your property.

Would you like to replan your flat? Do you need one more room, storage and one more bathroom? We come with our help in redesigning layout of your property that has bad layout, let us check your flat and redesign it for you. For example, your flat has 100 m2 but only two rooms, one bathroom, and kitchen in the corridor, we will place living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen, corridor, two walking in wardrobes, and storage places, if possible. You will get minimum 3 options to choose. We can prepare for each option rough renovation calculations as well that can help you to manage your budget.

We will prepare technical plans to our works, but as well as support to your project, such as electrical plan (location of lamps, light switchers and electrical plugs), sanitary plan (location of sink, wc, washing machine, shower, etc.), wall demolition, new wall plan, how to lie tiles (to have the best look of tiles and position of fugue), and many more.

We are working with several renovation teams. If you do not have any contractor in mind, then we can provide you with people who will take care of your renovation. You can ask us as well to supervise the renovation process, while we will be checking quality of works and if the execution is going accordingly to the design and prepared plans with our or your renovation team.

We make 3D models and renderings for our projects, as well for individual orders. It is additional form of visualizing our ideas. Feel yourself at home even before the whole renovation started!
